National affairs

  • Baba ramdev( the yoga guru) wishes to invest in the drought stuck area of  Bundhelkhand  which are seven districts completely under water crisis  and is getting assistance of the Samajwadi party  government  in the state of uttarpradeesh and he also wishes to start up with a food processing  park as well as a  cow research centre in the state of Madhya Pradesh.
  • The energy and resources institute chief  Mr r.k. panchuri  who is charged under the sexual harassment case does not find him guilty and he says that this will be proved in the court as time comes.

  • The flood hit in the  Dua warna waterfall  in Sibolangit , north Sumatra  which Is in Indonesia out of the the 20 students and the two guides who accompanied them  who went missing in this flooded area  17 people are found dead and rest of them are still missing and the rescue team has removed the body of the victims of the flood.

  • The bhartia janta party is  expecting a big shuffle in the authorities  of the state guard of Gujarat  and may replace the chief minister “  ANANDIBEN PATEL “ who will  be completing a  duration of 2 years  on the may 22nd  2016 although any news is not completely out.
  • After the exit poll results  of the four states and one of the union territory  DMK- congress to win again and  Mamta banerjee all set to again set the same position  and it was recorded that nearly 73.6% people came to vote out of the 100% which is comparatively less then the elections  held in the year 2011  which was  approximatel 84.11% .
  • The bhartia janta party to achieve a magical win this year elections in the state of the assam . this predicted victory of the BJP is very suprising !

  • Still no disclosure on how the court will battle between the  CFA and  CFC  would pan out  and the CFC went to the high court and got an order of Interim junction , the next hearing of this case will be on june 3 2016.

  • From the satish dhawan space centre situated in the Sriharikota , the first technology demonstrator ( TD)  of the Indian space research organization ( ISRO) launches reusable  vehicle ( RLV) on the may 23rd
  • NASA (  national aeronautics and space administration)  has decided to invest in eight technology proposal which includes Interplanetary  habitats  which are comprised of  DEEP –SLEEP growable habitats that can  robotically assemble itself in space . this proposal has those capacities that will improve the current methods of building and operating in the
  • The Kena and betwa project of building  a 230km long canal connecting the two rivers of kena and  betwa which is planned to irigirate around 3 and half lakh hectares of  drought area in the Bundelkhand  which will inundate about 400 Panna tiger reserve in Madhya Pradesh.

Business

  • India’s leading stock exchange “ Bombay stock exchange  incurs a cash / bank balance of  1,610 and the national stock exchange incurs a balance of rs 1191 crore in the financial year 2016.
  • For the rooftop solar power generation project of the government the world bank had allocated 625 million dollars  and also approvaed a co financing of the loan of rs 120 million.
  • The Chied operating officer ( COO)  Mr  Vineet whig( 47 years old )  of  the famous company “ Britannia” have jumped in to the ventilation shaft  from the 19th floor  of  the Beldedere park building in  dlf phase III on 15th may 2016  and the company is facing irreplaceable loss
